Applicants are screened for skill level, flexibility, and licensing. Additionally, we check work history, which requires at least one year of acute, sub-acute, or long-term care experience within the last two years. Before the employee is hired and assigned based on desired shift, experience, availability, and facility need, they must complete a nursing screening process, which includes:

- A W-4, Substance Abuse Policy, & Release for Information Signed By Applicant
- Medication Tests According To Specialty (A Passing Grade Of 80% Is Required)
- A Reference Check: At Least Two Positive Employment References Must Be Submitted
- A Statement of Good Health & a Negative Tuberculosis Test Or Chest X-Ray From the Candidate
- Statements That He/She Has Had Measles, Mumps, Rubella Vaccine & Varicella Vaccine
